Given the complex nature of their task, the production of compressed air treatment units is carried out with great care: the series of filters, pressure reducers and lubricators have sizes ranging from G1/4”up to G1″.
We also produce special single unit series that consist of the 3 main compressed air treatment components (filter, pressure reducer and lubricator).
Our catalogue also includes soft-start control valves and lockable valves that can be fitted with filters, pressure reducers and lubricators. We also have proportional valves that act as output pressure regulators and regulate the pressure by means of an electrical signal and pressure gauges that allow the pressure in pneumatic circuits to be detected.
Innovative accessories and pressure switches
The Waircom catalogue also includes the PRDA series for measuring the pressure of fluids: innovative pressure switches with a digital output, an integrated display and an interface via which to program various functions.
These pressure switches are small and are therefore very versatile products that can be used in applications using air and non-flammable and non-corrosive gases.

◘ SERIES UZRR | Pressure reducer G1/4"Reducers series "UZRR" are produced in two different models: type UZRRH, fit for in-line or panel mounting and type UZRRM, fit for panel mounting or modular assembly (with filter and lubricator). Both the two models are available with different scales of regulation and with connections G1/4".

For a correct lubrication it is advisable to set the drip rate in order to have a drop of oil (WAIRSOL class ISO32) every 300 - 500 Nl/min.

◘ SERIES UZAP | Soft-start valve G1/4"SOFT-START VALVE: soft-start valves series "UZAP" are produced with connection G1/4" in the pneumatic and solenoid actuated versions. The working of the soft-start valve consists in feeding gradually air into the circuit with adjustable flow. When the pressure in the circuit reaches the 50 ÷ 60% of the upstream set pressure, the valve switches to full capacity, supplying the circuit with the maximum flow rate.
